Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will be part of the Via Montenapoleone boutique team, operating in one of the most iconic and prestigious luxury shopping streets in the world. Within this exceptional Milanese location, the role is responsible for delivering an outstanding luxury shopping experience, building and maintaining long-term client relationships,
achieving sales targets, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and brand representation, with a specific focus on our Ready-to-Wear collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized and exceptional customer experience, consistently embodying the brand’s values and service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, anticipating their needs and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Provide expert knowledge on Ready-to-Wear collection, offering tailored styling advice and product guidance.
- Contribute to the achievement of individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Support visual merchandising activities and ensure the boutique presentation is always aligned with brand standards.
