We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Purchase to Pay team.
What You'll do
Our Shared Service Center manages Order-to-Cash operations for multiple market organizations worldwide, operating in a dynamic and highly international environment.
In this role, you will support the team in executing compliant and accurate Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring consistent financial bookings across Customer Account Management, Cash Allocation, Collections, Receivables Management, and month-end closing activities.
You will support the monitoring and reconciliation of customer-related accounts, contribute to cash forecasting activities, investigate payment discrepancies and help ensure accurate financial reporting and high-quality master data.
You will act as a sparring partner for local entity contacts by connecting business decisions with Order-to-Cash processes and by delivering high-quality services for the entities within your scope.
In addition, you will gain exposure to digital transformation initiatives within Finance, supporting projects focused on process automation, analytics, workflow digitalization and AI-powered solutions aimed at improving customer experience, operational efficiency and decision-making.

- You hold a Bachelor or master’s degree in business, Finance or similar or equivalent finance qualification
- You’re fluent in Italian and have a good command of English, ready to connect in an international context.
- You’re confident with Microsoft Office tools
