About the RoleAs the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing retail team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Drive commercial performance through effective leadership, coaching and sales strategies.
- Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory,



visual merchandising, store presentation, rostering and payroll.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
- Manage labour costs, store budgets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, company policies and legislative obligations.
- Protect company assets through effective stock management, loss prevention and cash control processes.
- Partner with support office teams to execute marketing campaigns, merchandising initiatives and business improvement projects.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, vendors and key stakeholders.
