Main Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out operations efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.
- Provide a warm welcome and assistance to guests throughout all stages of their stay.
- Assist guests with restaurant reservations, activities, and experiences offered by the property.
- Monitor, record, and verify the accurate billing of stays and services used.
- Handle requests, feedback, and complaints promptly,



empathetically, and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and Food & Beverage departments to mensure a seamless and personalized guest experience.
- Update and maintain the operational reports required by Management.
- Ensure compliance with Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano Tuscany standards in every guest interaction.

The Profile We Are Looking For
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer-service orientation and a strong service mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and a collaborative spirit.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge
