In this role you will steer the country operation to align with the group’s profitability and growth goals. You will shape regional strategy, oversee P&L; and budgets, and build key partnerships. You’ll lead a management team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture and ensure local execution aligns with global standards. Responsabilità
- Provide vision and guidance aligned with company goals and values
- Formulate and execute growth strategies leveraging regional presence and supply chain
- Manage P&L;, budgets, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners




- Lead and mentor the management team to sustain high performance
- Coordinate with Global HQ to deploy standards and practices
- Drive profitability and long-term growth through stakeholder engagement

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- proven leadership in entrepreneurial environments
