Your Role
We are looking for a Senior Luxury Advisor for Digital & Communication Strategy to join Ingenium in a senior advisory position.
We are specifically looking for an established Fashion & Luxury executive with at least 15–20 years of professional experience, who currently works within the Fashion or Luxury industry and brings first‑hand knowledge of how leading brands operate, communicate and evolve.
The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of the Luxury industry with senior expertise across digital strategy, communication, brand transformation, consumer engagement and innovation.
This is not a traditional communication role. You will bring an executive industry perspective to our advisory work, helping brands navigate transformation while protecting the culture, desirability and distinctive value that define Luxury.
What you will do

- Luxury Strategic Advisory: Advise senior executives on the evolution of Fashion and Luxury, with a focus on digital, communication, innovation and brand transformation.
- Digital Strategy: Help clients understand how digital channels, technologies and changing consumer behaviours should influence their long-term strategy.
- Communication Strategy: Develop senior-level perspectives and recommendations around brand communication, positioning, content and new channels.
