You will build strategic relationships with converters and brand owners, lead high-value negotiations, and manage key accounts with cross-functional teams. You'll identify white-space opportunities and translate market insights into winning value propositions. - Deliver sales, profitability, volume, and market share targets in line with business objectives
- Monitor market needs, competitive activities, and industry trends to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with technical, marketing and supply chain teams to deliver differentiated solutions
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales and business development experience in packaging, printing, inks, coatings, specialty chemicals or related industries
- Proven track record in international matrix organizations and winning new business with strategic accounts
- Deep understanding of luxury packaging, food packaging and xbvzest converter markets
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence senior decision-makers
