Overview
In this role you will maintain and improve manufacturing processes to deliver safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective production. You will work with the Industrial Engineer Manager at the Monfalcone site to drive optimization and standardization. You will lead Lean and continuous improvement efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams to boost productivity, quality, and cost performance. This position offers opportunities to shape manufacturing workflows and documentation within a respected nuclear industry leader.

Responsabilità
- Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, routings, and production standards
- Perform time studies and production analyses to establish labor standards and improve operational efficiency




- Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects across production activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, resource use, and production planning
- Develop manufacturing documentation, ensuring process consistency, compliance, and operational excellence

Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years experience as Industrial/Process Engineer in structured metal manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP
- Knowledge of manufacturing cycles
- Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level)
