Overview
In this role you support service orders, billing, and operational processes to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will work with Sales, Service Delivery, Field Service, Finance, and Support to keep orders accurate and invoices timely, resolving issues across functions. The position suits someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, manages multiple priorities, and drives operational excellence. You’ll contribute to customer satisfaction and business performance while acting as a key liaison for administrative topics.

Responsabilità
- Manage service orders through system processing and execution
- Ensure timely and accurate customer billing for contract and non-contract services
- Investigate and resolve billing issues with internal stakeholders and customers
- Support invoicing dispute resolution with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Finance and Operations
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of customer and contract data in systems
- Work across CRM, ERP and service management platforms to execute activities and maintain data quality
- Collaborate with Service Sales,



Field Service, Service Delivery, Finance and Support teams to resolve process and system-related issues
- Support forecasting and reporting activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Act as primary point of contact between customers and internal teams for administrative topics

Requisiti fondamentali
- Previous experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Order Management, Service Administration, Billing, or a similar role
- Education level comparable to a bachelor’s degree or high school diploma in Administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
