We are looking for a Brand Manager to join the Italian Eucerin Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to driving the sustainable growth of the Eucerin business in Italy through the development and execution of brand plans, product launches, local activations, and portfolio initiatives with a particular focus on the Face & Sun categories.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with local, regional and global stakeholders to deliver business objectives while ensuring excellence in execution across all consumer and customer touchpoints.
The Brand Manager will progressively build strategic capabilities while taking ownership of key projects and marketing initiatives. Working in close partnership with the Senior Brand Manager, the role will contribute to shaping brand priorities,



identifying growth opportunities and translating strategy into successful market execution.

Key Responsabilities

- Drive the execution of category and brand plans for the Face & Sun portfolio, ensuring alignment with local business objectives and global strategy.
- Lead the local deployment of product launches, relaunches and innovation projects, coordinating all relevant stakeholders throughout the process.
- Analyze brand, category and market performance, identifying opportunities and risks and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and execute local activation plans, including promotional initiatives, events, PR activities, influencer collaborations and media support programs, ensuring effective adaptation of campaigns to the Italian market.
- Manage assigned marketing budgets and play an active role in forecasting, business planning and performance tracking activities.
