Sales Specialist With German (Relocation To Greece Or Bulgaria) - €1.350 - €2.198,6 A Month Roseto Degli Abruzzi, IT
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions across all stages of the sales funnel via phone, email, video and social media outreach for B2B (business to business)
- Ability to identify key point of contacts through Sales Navigator as well as all forms of desk targets
- Actively manage sales pipeline with a focus on moving all prospects through the sales funnel
- Document all relevant prospect and customer interactions on CRM (Salesforce)
- Transition qualified leads from pipeline to onboarding team to finalize the transaction
- Review and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to help achieve sales goals

- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm, with a 1‑hour fully paid break
- Hybrid role: 3 days home office (Wed & Thu office)

- Salary Greece: €1350.00 gross per month + quarterly bonus 1350.00 gross
- Salary Bulgaria: €2198.56 gross per month + quarterly premio 1537.20 gross
- Relocation: relocation to Greece/Bulgaria.
- Remote work outside of Greece/Bulgaria is not permitted

Requirements
- Knowledge of English and German at min. C1 level (speaking and writing)
- Min. xivgfpx 2.5 years and up to 5 years of directly relevant customer facing experience in sales or customer service role, ideally in tech. advertising sales sector
- Ability to think creatively and react quickly to tailor messaging to different conversations
- Ambition, confidence, fearless outgoing attitude – a self-starter with a competitive growth mindset
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently
- Salesforce experience/ prior exposure to a CRM tool
