Purpose
As Integrity and Inspection Lead, you oversee the Continuous Improvementof of Integrity and Inspection disciplines of Piping, Hull, EX, Corrosion, Coatingh,Topside structures & Mooring
You support the Strategy development bydefining best practices, standard methods and tools, redesigning existing processes around lean management practices.
You continuously improve the standard methods and tool by identifying and implementing lesson leaned for the fleet.
You leverage on leasson learned from fleet experience to trigger design improvements for future projects
You gather lesson learned and ensure adherence to Global Processes through regular offshore audits and contribute to Continuous Improvement of processes and systems.
Responsibilities
You develop and continuous improve methods and strategies for the Integrity and Inspection Team based on learning from experience loop
You own the I&I; CMMS dataset and manage it
