dental industry . We are seeking an experienced
Dental Business Development & Recruitment Sales Specialist
to develop relationships with dental practices and sell Desort’s recruitment services nationwide.
What You’ll Do
Prospect dental practices and identify new business opportunities
Contact practice owners, managers, executives, and hiring decision-makers
Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort’s recruitment solutions
Sell recruitment and staffing services and generate new dental clients
Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
Follow up with prospects and develop long-term relationships
Work with Desort’s recruiting team to support client hiring needs
Required Experience
Experience in BOTH sales/business development AND recruitment/staffing is required.
