In this role you will steer the country operation to align with the group’s profitability and growth goals. You will shape regional strategy, oversee P&L; and budgets, and build key partnerships. You’ll lead a management team to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture and ensure local execution aligns with global standards. Responsabilità Provide vision and guidance aligned with company goals and values
Formulate and execute growth strategies leveraging regional presence and supply chain
Manage P&L;, budgets, and resource allocation
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners




Lead and mentor the management team to sustain high performance
Coordinate with Global HQ to deploy standards and practices
Drive profitability and long-term growth through stakeholder engagement
Requisiti fondamentali Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration
proven leadership in entrepreneurial environments
