Overview As Software Architect you will steer the architectural direction for multi-tenant SaaS products within an innovative, AI-driven tech group. You translate business goals into scalable software designs and ensure alignment across strategy, design, and implementation. You’ll lead architecture reviews, guide cross-team collaboration, and evolve systems toward modularity and reusability. You’ll work with legacy environments and production constraints while enabling AI-enabled product experiences. This role offers impact through shaping platform evolution and跨-function collaboration in a growth-focused, inclusive culture.

Responsabilità

Define and guide architectural choices for products to align with platform principles and multi-tenant SaaS goals Translate business objectives into sustainable software architectures Collaborate with Engineering Managers to shape domains, services, APIs and events across teams Lead Architecture Reviews and clarify options, risks,



and systemic impacts Drive evolution toward modular, interoperable, extensible architectures for reuse across products Contribute to AI-enabled products by integrating data, models, and intelligent automation Operate effectively in environments with legacy systems and production constraints

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years of IT architecture experience Proven experience designing and evolving complex distributed systems in hyperscaler environments Experience designing API- and event-driven architectures Ability to drive technical decisions in multidisciplinary contexts Experience designing AI and data-driven software services with production risk and operational boundaries Ability to align strategic vision, architecture, and implementation Domain-Driven Design knowledge (plus) Advanced English (C1) Cross-functional collaboration Strategic thinking Strong communication and stakeholder management Distributed systems design in hyperscaler environments API- and event-driven architectures Modular, scalable system design
