Overview In this role you drive the adoption of Alcoa aluminum wheels in the Italian commercial vehicle market. You will work within a multicultural European team to grow fleets at all levels and convert contacts to purchase Alcoa products. You’ll collaborate with distributors and maintain ties with tyre, suspension, axle, and wheel-attachment manufacturers and truck/trailer dealers. This home-based position involves regular travel to fleets across the Center of Italy, offering a chance to shape market growth.

Develop strategies to increase use of Alcoa aluminum wheels versus steel wheels in Commercial Vehicles Grow and develop fleets at all levels and convert contacts to purchase Alcoa products Collaborate with distributors to identify and develop business opportunities Maintain relationships with tyre suspension, axle,



and wheel-attachment manufacturers and truck/trailer dealers Work within a multicultural European team Frequent travel to fleets; home-based in center Italy (Rome, Florence, Pescara preferred) Spend majority of time visiting fleets and nights away from home

Requisiti fondamentali

Native Italian, fluent English (speaking and writing) Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience Experience in field sales and selling high-value products Knowledge of the commercial transportation business (asset) Motivated, result-driven, reliable, autonomous/self-starter, accountable Experience with home-based work is desirable Willingness to travel frequently and stay away from home result-driven autonomous/self-starter reliable field sales experience b2b sales in transportation sector customer relationship management
