Compensation & Details
Pay Rate:
• Hourly Rate: $8.50-$9.50
• ? All roles are hourly-based and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms. Rates are non-negotiable once offered.
Schedule:
Tempo pieno: Monday–Friday, 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour lunch), From 7 AM – 4 PM PST.

Job Summary
Virtual Latinos Academy is looking for an organized,
proactive, learner-centered Learning & Development Operations Specialist to join our L&D; team.
You'll be responsible for turning approved learning programs into smooth, well-run experiences, from launch to graduation. That includes courses, Learning Paths, bootcamps, certifications, workshops, and cohort-based programs. You'll make sure each program is correctly set up in our LMS (LearnDash), that learners get clear and consistent support throughout their journey, and that every program runs reliably and on schedule, following the processes and standards set by the L&D; Director.
Day to day, you'll be the main point of contact for learners, coordinate enrollments, schedules, and live sessions, and keep learning data accurate and ready for reporting.
Reporting to the L&D; Director, you'll work closely with our Learning Experience and Multimedia Designers, instructors, SMEs, and teams across the company. This is a gre
