The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing aBachelors’ or Masters’degree or recently graduated to gain hands‑on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. As an Intern, you willbe responsible for:
- Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes andidentifybusiness improvements
- Learning internal software toassistwith the completion of projects and tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
- Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E;) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

Project Management Support
- Gain hands‑on experience in the management of operational projects.
- Apply project management methodologies to support ongoing initiatives.
- Develop skills in planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and risk monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regions) to define and coordinate activities.
