Key ResponsibilitiesService and Sales Excellence
- Consistently achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets alongside other core commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver an extraordinary luxury service by passionately sharing the Burberry story, inspiring clients and creating a deep affinity for the brand and its fashion-forward collections.
- Engage clients through an expert understanding of products, styling, and fashion trends, tailoring recommendations to meet their unique tastes and requirements.
- Manage the complete client journey by:
- Creating an exceptional and welcoming first impression.
- Identifying and understanding client needs through attentive and empathetic communication.
- Presenting products with styling expertise to enhance the client’s experience.
- Effectively closing sales while fostering long-term client relationships.
- Maintain client engagement post-sale by provid
