The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design,
production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.
We are currently in the process of recruiting a candidate to cover a position of Customer Quality & Product Audit Manager.
THE IMPACT: S/He leads the Customer Quality department, driving product excellence from the development phase onward, fostering a continuous improvement mindset, and contributing to increased customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing product quality and defect-related issues.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Coordinate the Customer Quality Engineers Team in managing quality agreements and process audits conducted by customers at manufacturing plants.
- Conduct regular review meetings with customers to ensure alignment on quality-related topics and initiatives.
- Manage the customer complaint process end to end (containment, root cause analysis, 8D, customer response, verification of effectiveness), directly handling escalations
