Your Next Opportunity
For the 2027 season, we are looking for a talented and passionate Commis de Rang who will become a key member of our restaurant team,
helping to ensure impeccable service for our guests in line with the highest standards of Borgo Pignano Tuscany and Relais & Châteaux. You will support the Chef de Rang in the smooth running of the dining room and contribute to creating memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Rang in welcoming guests upon arrival at the restaurant.
- Set up and organize the restaurant according to the Chef de Rang's instructions.
- Monitor cleanliness, paying close attention to every detail.
- Support the Chef de Rang in ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare all the necessary equipment and supplies for service.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept in good order and that common areas are properly organized.
- Set, clear, and maintain tables throughout the various services.
- Support all aspects of the service through to its completion, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests.
