GCG is seeking a Sr Brand Lead who will play a vital role in shaping and evolving our brand portfolio, connecting business strategy with creativity, customer experience, and commercial growth.

PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO
Liderar la estrategia, evolución, gestión y expresión del portafolio de marcas de la compañía, conectando la estrategia de negocio con el branding, la creatividad, la experiencia del cliente y los objetivos comerciales para construir marcas diferenciadas, relevantes y de alto valor para el negocio.
El Senior Branding Lead será responsable de líderar y desarrollar la función de Branding, definiendo su estrategia, prioridades, estándares, procesos y modelo de gestión. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con la Communications Manager, como dupla estratégica, para asegurar una visión integrada de marca, comunicación, contenido y reputación.
