What You’ll Be Doing:
Collections & Cash Application:
• Performs daily collection activities on overdue customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and correspondence following established dunning schedules and escalation protocols.
• Monitors AR aging reports and prioritizes collection efforts based on balance size, days past due, customer risk profile, and strategic account importance.
• Investigates and resolves customer billing disputes by coordinating with Sales, AM/KAM, Billing, and Contract Administrat
