JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to drive growth within Unilever Food Solutions by expanding customer reach, strengthening existing partnerships, and delivering superior customer experiences through data-driven and customer-centric solutions. You’ll be part of a high‑performing and entrepreneurial team that supports chefs and food service operators,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business growth by expanding the customer portfolio (Reach) and developing existing customers (Grab).
- Deliver on key commercial KPIs (Grip, Grab & Growth) and ensure flawless execution of sales and demo activities in your area.
- Implement effective customer engagement strategies aligned with local sales objectives.
- Leverage secondary sales data to identify and maximize high‑impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Chef team to design and execute tailored customer activities.
- Lead or contribute to ad‑hoc commercial projects as defined by the Sales Leader.
- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Chefs, Chains, and Sales teams to enable strong channel activation.
