Lincotek's Headquarters Application Development and R&D; Team is seeking a candidate to manage development projects for advanced coatings applied to components across various sectors, coordinating with internal functions and timelines.
You will lead operational development of the process, define parameters and manufacturing strategies, including robotic and CNC programs for Thermal Spray coatings, and prepare reports and documentation for process transfer to Operations.
