Help Us Grow Felipillon in Italy
Felipillon is expanding its recruitment business into the Italian market, and we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to help us build our client portfolio in Italy.
If you are someone who enjoys finding new business opportunities, speaking with decision-makers, building relationships and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients across Italy
- Generate new leads and develop your own prospect pipeline
- Connect with business owners, HR managers and decision-makers
- Present Felipillon's recruitment and talent acquisition solutions
- Understand client hiring needs and communicate them to our recruitment team
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new client agreements
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Conduct online and, where required, in-person client meetings
- Keep track of business development activities and opportunities
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, Client Acquisition or Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting and lead generation
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, independent and strongly results-oriented
- Experience in Recruitment, Renewable Energy, Construction, Healthcare, Manufacturing or Logistics is a strong advantage
- Existing business network in Italy is a plus
