DHL Express Italy, a world leader in express transportation and logistics services, belonging to the DHL Group, awarded Great Place to Work, is looking for a Field Sales Exectuive to join the Sales & Marketing Department for the Padova, Treviso and Vicenza area.
PROFILE
Experience and Skills
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in Sales field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (level: intermediate in Power Point and Excel)
- Knowledge of English language, written and spoken (level: intermediate)
- Fluent knowledge of Italian language, written and spoken (level: advanced)

MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets for assigned and newly acquired customers within their area of responsibility, in accordance with sales strategies and policies.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects through personal sales visits/direct contact, maintaining strong and lasting relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, working closely with relevant departments within DHL to ensure that inquiries are handled appropriately and that customer needs are recognized and met.
- Ensure that all customer reports related to customer service and/or credit control are coordinated and handled through the appropriate DHL departments.
- Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives to identify and acquire new business prospects and maximize growth within the existing customer base
