Lever, Inc. is seeking a hands-on leader to build and scale a team of AI Tutors focused on labeling, reviewing, and evaluating visual data for advanced AI systems.
You will own quality and delivery, establish strong operational standards, and translate model requirements into data strategies. In this role you will coach a small team, drive KPIs, collaborate with data, engineering, and operations, and ensure guidelines are followed.
