Now accelerating its global expansion, the company is seeking a seasoned User Acquisition Manager to lead performance marketing efforts and drive global user growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale user acquisition (UA) performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, Applovin, and other ad networks, leveraging data-driven decision-making to maximize user acquisition efficiency.
- Optimize UA campaign performance end-to-end, including budget allocation, channel selection, and audience refinement, to consistently improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and user quality.
- Define clear user acquisition strategies aligned with global growth objectives, ensuring UA initiatives directly contribute to scalable user growth.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to align UA strategies with business goals, while building and optimizing advanced campaign structures, audience targeting, and automation workflows for UA performance
- Partner with creative and design teams: deliver UA-focused KPI insights to inspire high-impact creative concepts, and test new creative angles to drive continuous impr
