Tech Lead

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers

Requirements

- 8+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role
- Strong experience with modern tech stacks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in fintech or cybersecurity preferred
