pDXC Technology is looking for a Bid Manager to support mainly our Commercial and Public Sector deals within our Sales Support organization. /p pThe Bid Manager provides leadership and guides the teams, stakeholders and clients throughout the engagement life cycle. He performs an active role in the definition and execution of the strategy and client engagement plan. The Bid Manager works with the sales lead in deal qualification activities and client engagement. He leads the pursuit team using Agile methods. /p h3Key Job Responsibilities /h3 ul lipIs SPOC for the client, third parties and partners regarding tender procurement and planning matters; /p /li lipIs part of the pursuit leadership team /p /li lipDevelops, owns and maintains a pursuit plan; /p /li lipForecasts and requests resource against the agreed plan and client requirements; /p /li lipDevelops and Manages the pursuit budget within affordability guidelines; /p /li lipOversees and takes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of all client deliverables across all work streams; /p /li lipResponsible for end to end project management of the pursuit, managing risks and issues; /p /li lipCommunicates and reinforces sales strategy and client requirements to the pursuit team; /p /li lipPlans, prepares and participates in client meetings, workshops and presentations; /p /li lipSupports sales lead in the interaction with grouping alliance partners /p /li /ul h3Key Skills And Experience Required /h3 ul lipTypically 3-7+ years of experience in large pursuit management or technical consultative selling,



solution/account management, Project Management within ITC sector; /p /li lipPreferable experience in Italy public procurement process /p /li lipNetworking market knowledge (local integrators, vendors, third party service providers); /p /li lipProven experience in leading multiple remote, cross-disciplinary teams, within a global or complex regional scope; /p /li lipAbility to work as the lead for large complex projects; /p /li lipAdaptive Project Management skills utilizing best method dependent on the size and complexity of the project; /p /li lipUnderstanding of Technical and solution factors in IT industry, preferably in Applications, Analytics, ITO, Workplace, Security; /p /li lipFamiliarity or experience with Agile concepts; PMI, Prince2, Scrum Master certification appreciated. /p /li lipStrong communications skills - verbal, written, and presentation skills; /p /li lipItalian Mother tongue; Fluency in English - both verbal and written (Upper Intermediate / Advanced); /p /li lipFirst-level university degree required; advanced university degree preferred; /p /li /ul pbLocation: Rome with lavoro da remoto possibility. /b /p p#LI-Hybrid /p pAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
