As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest who visits or contacts our dealership.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates well, and understands that even the smallest details can make a big difference in a customer's experience.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
Assist customers upon arrival and help direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
Provide a high level of hospitality throughout the customer's dealership experience.
Answer customer questions and assist with general dealership information.
Follow up with customers regarding their experience and help ensure their needs have been addressed.
Assist with incoming phone calls and customer inquiries as needed.
Build positive relationships with customers and help create a comfortable dealership environment.
Identify customer concerns and work with management or the appropriate department to help resolve issues promptly.
Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and dealership events.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer-facing environment.
Work closely with Sales, Service, and other dealership departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of customers.
Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
Ability to remain professional and solution-oriented when handling customer concerns.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or an automotive dealership is preferred but not required.
A genuine desire to provide an exceptional customer experience.
