Our partner is looking for an Events Marketing Manager based in Italy. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Events Marketing Manager to lead engaging in-person events and virtual experiences across the EMEA region. In this role, you will own the regional events strategy, from field events and sponsored conferences to customer experiences and monthly webinars. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, content, design, and partnerships to deliver impactful, locally relevant experiences. Your work will help strengthen audience engagement, generate qualified leads, accelerate sales opportunities, and contribute to measurable revenue growth.
You will have the autonomy to shape regional event programs while benefiting from a collaborative, distributed working environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, data-driven marketer who combines creativity, operational excellence, and a strong understanding of B2 B demand generation. Accountabilities Own and manage the EMEA events calendar, including field events,



hosted customer and prospect experiences, sponsored conferences, and regional activations.
Collaborate with Demand Generation and cross-functional stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, formats, budgets, and success metrics tailored to local markets. Evaluate sponsorship opportunities, speaking engagements, and event formats to maximize audience reach, brand visibility, and business impact. Coordinate all aspects of event execution, including venue and vendor management, timelines, speaker preparation, run-of-show planning, registration, and on-site support.
Partner with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, Design, Partnerships, and Sales teams to develop compelling event materials and ensure consistency with broader marketing campaigns.
