This Position Reports To Business Transformation Manager In this role, you will design and implement the ABB Robotics Operating System and enterprise performance framework.
You will translate strategy into measurable objectives, management routines, governance mechanisms,
and performance insights that enable fact-based decision-making and consistent execution across the organization. A key part of the role is establishing and running the operational "heartbeat" of ABB Robotics, including the Executive Committee operating cadence, performance reviews, decision-making routines, and KPI architecture.
You will ensure a clear line of sight between strategic priorities, operational performance, and financial outcomes from enterprise level through Business Lines and Functions.
This is a global role; the preferred locations are: Zürich (CH), Friedberg (DE), Barcelona (ESP), Milton Keynes (GBR), Milano (ITA) Working model is hybrid Your Responsibilities Design and evolve the ABB Robotics Operating System: Establish the management routines, governance mechanisms, and operating cadence that drive execution and decision-making across the organization.
