Overview As a Solutions Consultant at TNS, you will bridge product, technology, and sales to create customised payment solutions for strategic accounts. You'll engage with customers to uncover needs, translate them into technically viable offerings, and support cross‐functional teams to deliver value. You will work with Sales and Customer Success to design, sell, and implement solutions that scale across markets. Expect deep collaboration and a focus on revenue growth through tailored services.
Responsabilità
Support solution-designed sales for high-potential opportunities and strategic accounts
Lead in-depth discovery sessions to shape solution-based proposals
Translate customer requirements into business, functional, and technical specs
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to design, sell, and implement customised solutions
Produce technical proposals and cost models for sales opportunities
Provide ongoing knowledge of TNS products and solutions to support customer responses and RFPs/RFI




Support revenue acceleration by aligning solutions with customer needs and market trends
Requisiti fondamentali
~8+ years in data networking or payments-related solutions
~ Experience in payment environments and multiple regional payment contexts
~ Strong ability to conceptualise customised solutions and demonstrate value
~ Ability to work with sales and delivery teams to accelerate revenue
~ Technical understanding of network services, security, cloud platforms, and related technologies
~ Ability to communicate effectively and align cross-functional objectives
~ Knowledge of PCI-DSS, P2PE, ISO/Nexo messaging variants (desirable)
~ Exposure to RFP/RFI processes and cost modelling (desirable)
~ High emotional intelligence (EQ) communicator
~ Collaborative and cross-functional teamwork
~ Strong problem-solving and presentation skills
~ IP-based networking
~ L2/L3 networking, VPN, VLANs
~ SD-WAN (Fortinet)
