Responsabilità
Execute the commercial strategy for the Prepared Foods segment in Italy and Greece
Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and market potential
Identify, qualify,



and drive complex capital equipment and integrated solution opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Analyze customer operations and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Lead customer engagement and coordinate Resources across Sales, Solutions, Service, Applications, and PM teams
Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors, Industry Sales Managers, Distribution Partners, and Sales Operations
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage opportunities in CRM
Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitable business development
Gather market intelligence and share customer insights and industry developments
Represent the company at industry events, demonstrations, and trade shows
Ensure accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and customer reporting
Requisiti fondamentali
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in capital equipment or related industr
