Overview
In this role, you will support and develop FlexLink's PLM landscape, with Windchill as the primary platform, across a global user base. You'll collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders in multiple countries to improve processes, integrations, and documentation. The position emphasizes ongoing service quality, initiation of improvements, and cross‐functional coordination in an international setting. This is a chance to influence how product information flows power production efficiency and sustainable manufacturing.
Responsabilità
- Administer and support PLM solutions used across FlexLink
- Support users and coordinate resolution of support tickets
- Gather business requirements and support process improvements
- Participate in PLM implementations, rollouts and improvement initiatives
- Coordinate activities with application support providers and external partners
- Support integrations between PLM, CAD, ERP and other business systems
- Maintain PLM-related documentation,



processes and best practices
- Monitor service quality and support continuous improvement activities
- Work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders in an international environment

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience with PLM solutions and engineering processes
- Windchill experience preferred
- Good understanding of CAD applications and engineering design processes
- Autodesk Inventor experience is an advantage
- Understanding of PLM integrations and connected business systems beneficial
- Experience participating in projects and business application improvements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
