Overview As Finance Business Partnering Manager at Brambles/CHEP, you partner with senior leaders to shape financial strategy and drive profitability across markets. You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, while developing insightful models and business cases to inform strategic bets. You'll mentor a finance team to foster excellence and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational performance. This role combines strategic finance leadership with a dynamic, international environment focused on sustainable growth.

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes aligned with short-term objectives and long-term strategy
Partner with regional business leaders to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations
Develop advanced financial models, scenario analyses,



and business cases for strategic decisions
Guide strategic projects such as capital investments, pricing strategies, and market entry initiatives
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to enhance financial performance and sustainable growth
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals and foster continuous improvement and financial excellence
Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, or Commercial Finance
Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management
Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant finance degree preferred
