Agency :Havas PR MilanJob Description :To be associated to interns.HAVAS PR Milan, is looking for a resource to join the staff and the Consumer & Brand Team as an ACCOUNT ASSISTANT for the Innovation & Mobility division.The selected candidate will support the consumer team in press office activities and integrated communication.Below are the assigned activities:

- Press Office: writing, sending press releases and follow-up to consumer media, managing seeding and product testing, updating media lists and contact research;

- Media relations: contact with journalists, ability to interact by phone and in person at meetings and events, building initial relationships with key journalists;

- Areas of autonomous intervention with supervision: reporting, update files, meeting and call reports, shipping and sending materials to the press, disseminating invitations and PR materials to media lists, managing the product testing process;

- Reference sector: the area of intervention relates to the consumer electronics, automotive, gaming, app, e-commerce and innovation industry in a broad sense, which require technical writing skills and management of product testing for tech devices and test drives or test reviews of cars.

Requirements:

- Degree in communication and related fields;





- Ability to workin a team;

- External relational skills;

- Writing skills;

- Precision and organization;

- Propensity for internal and external consulting;

- Excellent knowledge of the English language;

- Excellent knowledge of digital;

- Passion for theworld of tech, automotive, innovation, gaming;

- Knowledge of technologies, trends and features related to the technology and automotive sectors.

The profile is completed by excellent communication and standing skills, creativity and strategic thinking.Workplace: MilanWorking hours: Full-timeWe offer an internship.
