Danaher seeks a Payroll Manager for the MEDNA region to oversee payroll operations across multiple Italian locations and remote positions. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll cycles, leading a multi-level team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with HR and Finance on regional payroll performance.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll cycles ensuring timely and accurate processing across region
Approve payroll-related payments and conduct audits to verify accuracy
Lead and manage payroll team performance, capacity planning, and professional development
Prepare audit documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax requirements
Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll reports and system enhancements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources
7-9 years of related payroll experience minimum
3-5 years managing complex EMEA payrolls with tax and compliance focus
Proven leadership and team management experience
CPP certification
Strategic problem-solving skills with tax and timing considerations
Compensation:
€45,950 to €63,350 base annual salary; 10% annual premio
