OverviewIn this role you drive high-impact HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will join the Digital team within Marsh People and Investments to guide end-to-end HCM technology adoption and delivery. You'll map and optimize HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries.
