Purpose of the position:
As Electrical Engineer, you will respond to the ELEFA HOD and be part of the ENCAR Business line.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
Knowledge and skills
Technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering, electrical or energy engineering
Basic knowledge of design criteria, methods, and workflows from the conceptual phase to the field design phase
Knowledge of the sizing methodologies of the main electrical components
Basic knowledge of the main international standards, codes, and regulations
Personal attitudes and characteristics
Ability to organize one's work independently while respecting deadlines
Propensity for learning, deepening, and updating
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure; ability to manage emergencies and define priorities
Order, organization, and precision in the execution of activities and in the preparation of documents
Communication and relational skills; ability to work in a shared environment within a workgroup
What are we looking for?
Education:
Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Experience:
Minimum 5 years as an electrical engineer
Languages:
Italian, English
Technical/IT Skills:
Basic knowledge of 2D CAD software; basic knowledge of softwares relevant to electrical engineering (ETAP, SPEL, CYME,



etc.); fFamiliarity with Microsoft Office package
What else should you know?
You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for.
