In this role, you will shape global capability across the Performance Materials (PM) Business Unit. Based in Barcelona or Milan, this role drives learning excellence that delivers measurable business impact.Tutti i potenziali candidati sono incoraggiati a leggere l'intera descrizione del lavoro prima di candidarsi.What You Will DeliverDefine functional competencies in partnership with subject matter experts, align proficiency levels to job roles, and deploy them consistently across the PM Business UnitConduct learning needs analyses and stakeholder interviews to identify and prioritize capability gaps in alignment with the PM Business Unit strategyDesign and develop blended learning programs, online and in-person interventions, and practical tools that drive measurable on-the-job applicationLead end-to-end implementation of learning programs, including workshop facilitation, coordination with local capability champions, and evaluation of learning effectiveness and behavior changeConsult and advise stakeholders on the latest learning and development methodologies and technologies to advance the PM Business Unit strategyFoster collaboration and shared learning opportunities between PM and other DKSH business units globallyBuild and maintain strong partnerships with Fantree Academy and external vendors to ensure quality, relevance,



and sustainability of learning servicesAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as requiredWhat You BringPrior experience in the chemicals distribution industry or with specialty chemicals clients is strongly preferred and will be a key differentiatorStrong understanding of end-to-end chemicals distribution operations, commercial workflows, and industry-specific capability needsExperience in learning and development or functional capability development roles in a multinational organizationProven expertise in learning needs diagnosis, content creation for both classroom and digital formats, and delivery of in-person and virtual training across multiple marketsDemonstrated track record of implementing complex, cross-regional learning projectsProficiency in office productivity tools including Power Business Intelligence (Power BI), Azure, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointProficiency in instructional design tools such as Elucidat, Captivate, Articulate 360, or similar platformsStrong appreciation for cultural sensitivities with the ability to operate effectively in international and cross-cultural environmentsFluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in one or more European language is preferredWhy Join DKSHAt DKSH, we help companies grow globally and enable people to perform at their best.
