Solution Manager

We are looking for a Solution Manager to support the growth of our energy storage business in Italy.
This role will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and customers to develop technical solutions and support business growth in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and develop suitable energy storage and solar solutions.
Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including solution design, product selection, technical presentations, and customer discussions.
Work closely with sales and business teams to identify customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Communicate with customers, partners, and internal technical teams regarding system architecture, product configuration, and technical requirements.
Support technical clarification, proposal preparation, bidding activities, and customer presentations.
Keep up to date with the Italian renewable energy and energy storage market, including relevant technical standards, regulations, and market trends.
Collect customer feedback and work with product and R&D; teams to improve solutions and products.
Support key projects from technical discussion through project implementation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics,
Energy Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
Fluent Italian and Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills in both languages.
Good English communication skills are preferred, as the role involves collaboration with international teams.
Experience in energy storage, solar PV, inverters, power electronics, or renewable energy is preferred.
Strong technical understanding and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers and business teams.
Strong customer-oriented mindset, communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally when required.

Experienced professionals with a background in energy storage, solar PV, inverters, or related industries.
Engineers with strong technical backgrounds and Italian + Mandarin Chinese language skills.
Recent graduates with a degree in electrical engineering, power electronics, energy engineering, or related fields, particularly those who are fluent in both Italian and Mandarin Chinese and have a strong interest in the renewable energy industry.
