Lead the country sales strategy and annual plan in line with regional/global objectives
Deliver revenue, gross profit, volume, new business, and retention targets with a focus on profitable growth
Identify market opportunities, customer segments and strategic prospects to sharpen DHL's market position
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with qualification, coverage, and forecasting accuracy
Lead new-business acquisition while driving retention and cross-selling across existing customers
Engage in major strategic opportunities and lead customer negotiations with cross-functional support
Ensure customer solutions reflect requirements, market developments and product/service capabilities
Drive pricing discipline and profitability in collaboration with Product, Pricing and Finance
Review performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed
Develop strategies for key accounts and ensure senior-level engagement and relationship management
Promote cross-selling across Air/Ocean/Customs/Industrial Projects and other products
Ensure effective use of CRM, sales processes, and data quality
Monitor competitor activity and translate insights into sales actions
Coach and develop the sales team, with regular performance reviews and succession planning
Recruit and retain high-performing sales talent in line with DHL policies
Ensure compliance with policies, governance and approvals in commercial activities
Collaborate with Country Management and regional sales to align priorities and share intelligence
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's Degree
More than 10 years of experience in sales leadership or related roles
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Pricing, Finance and Operations
Strong track record in major strategic opportunities and negotiations
