Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a motivated Pastry Commis de Partie - Pastry.
You will assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, desserts, ice creams, and other sweet creations, ensuring the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities include setting up pastry stations, maintaining mise en place, operating and cleaning kitchen equipment, monitoring stock, minimizing waste, and supporting other kitchen sections as needed.
