LuxExperience is hiring a Senior Payroll And Administration Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll processes, attendance, and HR data management within our hybrid Italy offices in Bologna or Milan.
You will liaise with an external provider and support the full employee lifecycle with a focus on compliance and data accuracy.
The role requires 3+ years in payroll, strong knowledge of Italian labour law, and proficiency with Zucchetti Infinity; Workday is a plus.
