Intuitive Surgical seeks a Marketing Assistant for a one-year temporary contract in Milan to support the regional marketing team. The role involves managing promotional materials, budgets, demo room operations, event coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
Create and manage approval of marketing promotional materials
Track marketing budget and coordinate demo room bookings and material orders
Manage event recruitment workflows and update Salesforce for marketing events
Monitor deadlines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Manage contracts for local events and track progress of ongoing activities
Requirements
2+ years corporate back-office or operational support experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce
Excellent organizational and priority management abilities
Fluent English; Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
