In this role, you will bridge the gap between scientific credibility and thumb-stopping digital storytelling. Working alongside our internal teams, Master Trainers, and Scientific Research Department, you will translate cutting-edge exercise science, digital health tech, and wellness lifestyle trends into high-performing, native social content—with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging editorial channels.If you know how to turn wellness, fitness, health, athletic conditioning, and design-led fitness into irresistible "infotainment" (carousels, serialized franchises, and narrative deep-dives),
this collaboration is for you.Your ImpactEditorial Trend Scouting & Concepting: Proactively track, analyze, and pitch emerging conversations, cultural shifts, and scientific developments across fitness, longevity, athletic performance, and health.Scientific-Backed Infotainment: Collaborate with Technogym’s Marketing & Scientific and Sport performance teams to fact-check, validate, and translate technical insights into engaging, accessible, and credible consumer-facing content.Format & Platform Execution:Script, outline, and write high-impact Instagram carousels, LinkedIn thought leadership pieces, educational infographics, and short-form video concepts in native English.Develop and test recurring editorial franchises (e.G., science breakdowns, longevity hacks, performance myth-busting, behind-the-design features).Creative Collaboration & Briefing: Partner with social, content, PR teams and our agency, to translate editorial copy into visually stunning, brand-consistent assets.Editorial Calendar Management: Plan, maintain, and deliver weekly batches of ready-to-publish social content, ensuring a balanced mix of brand positioning, product ecosystems, and educational storytelling.Audience Insights & Iteration: Monitor post-performance, engagement rates, and community sentiment to continuously refine hooks, narrative pacing, visual storytelling, and distribution strategies.About YouProven Track Record: 3+ years of experience as a social content strategist,
editorial lead, or copywriter within the wellness, fitness, sports tech, health journalism, or creator-led media space.Exceptional Writing & Editorial Taste: Flawless English copywriting skills with a distinct voice that balances scientific rigor, aspirational luxury, and dynamic digital pacing.Mastery of Platform Dynamics: Proven expertise in building engaged audiences organically, specifically via Instagram (visual edutainment, carousels, hooks, and micro-storytelling) and LinkedIn(B2B / industry leadership / corporate wellness).Science-Meets-Culture Mindset: A genuine passion for the wellness ecosystem—from zone 2 cardio and hypertrophy science to longevity, mental wellbeing, and connected fitness tech. You know how to make peer-reviewed evidence engaging.Autonomous & Agile: Accustomed to rhythms, fast feedback loops, and self-directed project management from brief to final delivery.Compensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €50,000 and €80,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
