We are looking for a Digital Merchandising Specialist to focus on Moncler's strategy on the Digital Commerce to join our Digital Merchandising team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.
Your Impact
The Digital Merchandising Specialist plays a key role executing Moncler's online merchandising strategy across all digital touchpoints.
Through data-driven insights, product curation, visual merchandising, and cross-functional collaboration, the role is responsible for maximizing product visibility, driving sales performance, and delivering a seamless and inspiring customer experience.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of digital merchandising strategies aligned with brand priorities, commercial objectives, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
Catalogue and key product checks according to delivery plan, product publication flow and editorial calendar
Execute WW visual merchandising activities across multiple digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment with global and regional communication guidelines, business priorities, editorial calendars, and key product drops.
Curate product selections for key launches, campaigns, seasonal activations, and marketing moments, collaborating closely with D-Buying, D-Marketing, CRM, and Content teams.
Optimize category navigation, product assortments, filters, and on-site product placement to enhance discoverability, improve the customer journey, and maximize commercial performance.

Support commercial performance analysis by monitoring customer behavior, key metrics, and competitor activities, helping identify opportunities to drive sales, improve product discoverability,
and optimize the online experience
Support testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting activities for new site functionalities, launches, and special projects, acting as a key link between business and technical teams.

Qualification
We Are Looking For a Team Member Who Has a Background In And Passion For Luxury Fashion And Digital Environments.
A Previous Experience In An Online Business Dept.
Would Be a Plus.
The Ideal Candidate Would Encompass These Points
Bachelor's degree in economics or related field;
Fluent in English;
3 years of relevant e-commerce experience;
Office Package user (excel, powerpoint);
Ability to use Commerce Cloud platform (SFCC);
Ability to use PIM platforms;
Knowledge of website usability/optimization;
Excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitude.
We Would Appreciate a Person That Is
A determined, agile, self-starter with a positive, engaging and creative approach to work and surroundings;
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in entrepreneurial environments;
Previous experience working in a middle-to-large sized company and collaborating with different teams is nice to have;
Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with a KPI focused approach;
